Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ContentPilot's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ContentPilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or business needs. This license is restricted to:
- Using the services as permitted by the features and your subscription plan
- Using the services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without our express consent
ContentPilot reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
User Content
Our services allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content ('User Content'). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content. However, by uploading User Content, you grant ContentPilot a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from your User Content solely for the purposes of providing and improving our services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it through our services. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Subscription periods may be monthly, annual, or as otherwise specified during the purchase process. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Disclaimer
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
