Yes, ContentPilot supports multiple languages including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. We can both process content in these languages and translate content between supported languages.
ContentPilot supports most common video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV) and audio formats (MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC). We also support direct links to YouTube videos and other popular video platforms.
The maximum video length depends on your plan. Starter plans can process videos up to 30 minutes long, Professional plans up to 2 hours, and Enterprise plans have custom limits. For longer videos, you can split them into segments.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings page. Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We don't offer refunds for partial months of service.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, we'll prorate the difference and charge you accordingly. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
